Based on the Chinese medicine practice of Tuina therapy, which she learned in China, Bingmei has developed her own method: Intuitive Tension Release, which she has practiced for more than 15 years.
Throughout the years, she has gained experience using many different kinds of therapies: Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Reiki, Biodynamic Body Psychology, Psychotherapy, etc.
All these methods have the same objective – stimulate the energy fields so that the negative energy is transformed to positive energy, release traumas and heal wounds.
